Becoming debt free.

Well its been quite a journey around finances recently for everyone. Who hasn't had a friend come to them and say I am really worried. How am I going to pay even my minimum payments on my credit cards this month. We have all been there, and especially those of us still working on our abundance and deserving to receive issues. The so called credit crunch is a wonderful opportunity for us all to focus and clean up on finally taking control of our lives. By getting out of debt and creating financial freedom. Debt enslaves people to the financial institutions that have held this power over us for too many years. How long do you think a 10k loan or credit card debt being paid off at say 18% paying just the minimum payments would take you. The answer is 57 years. I calculate the should be dead by then!!!. So why did they throw credit cards at people who have little chance of ever getting out of debt. Thats another blog session all together.......... So here I was wondering, being self employed, travelling the earth learning about and sharing light, I didn't always have my mind on finance, in fact far from it. I always believed something would happen and I would one day be able to sort it out. AND IT DID.
